Terms of Service

Services Provided: Custom heat-pressed printing services and personalized branded products produced by GSD Prints.

Payments & Start of Work: Payment is required via EFT. Production begins only after payment has been received and final artwork has been approved.

Delivery: Turnaround times vary depending on order size and complexity and will be communicated in advance.

Approval & Revisions: Clients are responsible for approving final artwork. Reprints or replacements are only considered in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

Client Content: Clients confirm they have the legal rights to all submitted designs. We reserve the right to refuse illegal, offensive, or unauthorized content.

Intellectual Property: Clients retain full ownership of their submitted designs and artwork.

Refunds & Cancellations: Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
