Terms of Service Services Provided: Strategic short-form video creation, content repurposing, and posting guidance. Payments & Start of Work: Payments via PayFast or PayPal. Work begins immediately after confirmation and payment.

Delivery: Standard turnaround is within 72 hours. Larger or complex projects may require more time. Revisions: Packages include [1–2] revisions per video; additional revisions are billed separately.

Client Content: Clients are responsible for the material they provide. We reserve the right to refuse illegal, offensive, or unethical content.

Intellectual Property: Clients retain ownership of submitted content. Final videos transfer to clients after full payment.

Refunds & Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellations must be requested before work starts.
